Isla Homes is the improved version of Josh Wynne Construction, which was founded in Sarasota in 1998. Over the last few decades, JWC has produced some of the region's finest homes and had solidified itself as the most awarded Custom Home Builder in all of Florida, and amongst the top in the US.
JWC wrapped up operations in 2022 and Josh took a few years to travel and reflect. With a fresh perspective, renewed vigor, and the clarity of retrospect, we are proud to return to the Sarasota area as Isla Homes!
